1. My piano journey

From computer keys to piano keys, I see a chance to turn patterns into impact, to express human emotions alongside technical accuracy.

Since the age of four, I have been sharing my music from performing as a volunteer at senior centers to winning as a Carnegie Hall piano soloist. My notable musical achievements include winning 1st place at the 2021 Satori Young Pianist Competition, 2nd place at the 2021 MTAC Classical Festival, and 3rd place at the 2021 Pelican International Music Competition. I also won 2nd place at the International Competition of Romantic Music and was the honored to perform in Carnegie Hall in 2022.

My performance in Carnegie Hall in November, 2022.

Painting, to me, transforms a chaotic mess into meaning: from random, unrecognizable brushstrokes to a cohesive view of the world. It is like my diary written in color, where I share my thoughts on how I make sense of things or reimagine society without needing any lines of explanation.

I always leave my viewers ample room for their imagination and interpretation, as that is the beauty of art. Here are some of my favorites:

3 . My dance

This is my self-choreographed dance from my 2022 end-of-term performance.

My post-Impressionism painting

My living art, dancing, is where I express my stories with the fleeting movements of my body. Choreographing reminds me of when I design algorithms, experimenting and turning my system of patterns into something impactful that is felt, like empathy in motion. It is also where I build my instant community, as just one beat drop connects me with strangers in this world full of freedom and structure.
